FRIDAY MIXER: Mediterranean Street Food + G&T Mixology

Kick off your holiday weekend with Member Mandy D, former Hip Cooks instructor and S+T culinary committee co-lead, will be playing in the kitchen and cranking out some Mediterranean fare inspired by chef Yotam Ottolenghi. Over at the bar, we’ll show you how to whip up a delectable Spanish Gin & Tonic w/ lavender and grapefruit.

Tasting plates until 9pm // Mixology until midnight

~ Visiting with Mandy in the kitchen and learning about her techniques and recipes
~ DIY hummus bar // Fried cauliflower with tahini // Open kibbeh (lamb shawarma) // Turkey and zucchini sliders
