PREVIEW: San Salvador Street Food [Papusas + Carnitas + Margaritas] [VF]
Thursday, 3/22 @ 7:00pm$15 – $30
Socialize with other members and enjoy classic El Salvadorian menu items + a new take on margaritas. Chef Mandy D (formerly Hipcooks and current S+T culinary committee co-lead) and culinary innovator Shaun S will be leading us in making papusas – traditional Salvadorian savory corn cakes – from scratch. Fill them with beans and cheese or try them with carnitas. Over at the bar, Shaun will show members and guests how to make smoked margaritas with his smoke gun!
